The Coping Cat curriculum is a cognitive-behavioral intervention designed to help children ages 8-13 learn about and manage their anxiety. Students begin by learning to identify anxious feelings and situations that cause them anxiety. They then develop a coping plan an evaluate its effectiveness as they put it into action.
